MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – March 3, 2008 5:15 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., James Deming and Steven DellaGiustina
Also, Present: Robert Gery and Wayne Carr
Robert Gery is asking the board to schedule a Special Town Meeting for the purpose of $15,000 for a Topographical and Perc test to be done on the towns property located on Route 57 and Hartland Road. Also, allowing monies to be available for additional plans for the Highway Garage. Robert presented the town with copies of varies emails between himself and Micheal Schafer of Huntley Assoc.
Wayne presented the costs for the repairs that were request to be made on the Town Hall and Library.
The Selectmen voted to allow the Department of Public Works to fund (FY08 budget) and take care of the roof on the computer shed, floor tile replacement and strip and waxing of the floor at the Town Hall, Town Hall landscaping, Town Hall sign, replacement of the counter at the Town Hall and installing gutters on the building at the Library.
Eric signed paperwork from Eric Wiess who inspected the trash compactor.
